1. Mozzarella

Mozzarella, hands down the best cheese, whose origin is from Italy. It has a mild, smooth texture. Mozzarella cheese is made using the milk of water buffalo. It is delicate, not aged and perishable, and typically lasts a few days. It Is used in pizza, lasagne and many baked dishes.
